Classes
Yoga Barn classes will gently introduce you to yoga postures, breathing and relaxation. No previous experience or fitness level is required.
Classes are a 90 minute format. The first hour is yoga asana (postures) followed by breathing practices (pranayama) and a relaxation (yoga nidra) or meditation practice.
Go home feeling stretched, strong, relaxed and rejuvenated.
