Practice yoga in a guided class. In the studio to option for live-streamed. This yoga gives you a class with full guidance and support from a teacher in the convenience of your own location or in our beautiful rural studio.

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be rescheduled within 24 hours of class start time, non-refundable. 10 consecutive class pack can be placed on hold. For private sessions appointment changes by arrangement.
