Service Description

Individual Yoga Therapy Consultations Individual consultations give the opportunity to work one to one with Leza and focus on your personal needs. What to expect: The initial consultation is usually 80 minutes long and we discuss your particular health concerns, symptoms, and how they are affecting you on a day to day basis. In the initial consultation we complete an introduction to yoga therapy, assess your needs and complete an initial practice. A practice is then designed that meets your needs. Follow up sessions are 60 minutes long. During these sessions we review practice, adapt to change and ensure that you benefit from the investment you are making in your health and wellbeing. Practice plans vary and are specific to your needs and goals, they include a range of movement practice, breathing exercises or meditation practices. With recommendations around diet and lifestyle where appropriate. You are provided with a comprehensive written and visual guide of your practice, so that you can easily follow along at home. Audio practice of meditation may be included. Yoga therapy is an investment in your well-being and is an effective way to improve health, manage health and increase mental wellbeing and emotional functioning. I recommend a minimum of four sessions Individual Therapy Consultation Fees: Initial consultation (80 minutes) and follow up session (45min) $160 60 minutes – $90.00 Package: 4 Sessions $400 includes initial consult Package: 6 Sessions $540 includes initial consult With regular private yoga sessions, you will begin to move with greater ease and feel more comfortable in your body. Yoga therapy can improve digestion, immune function, nervous system, and cardiovascular health . Experience better sleep, have greater mental space and clarity as your emotions become more balanced. ​

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be rescheduled within 24 hours of class start time, non-refundable. 10 consecutive class pack can be placed on hold. For private sessions appointment changes by arrangement.
