Evening Classes Monday and Thursday

General Class :   6:30pm -7:45pm

Location: Online only, enquire about in person classes

10 consecutive weeks $180.00

Casual concession 4 classes $80.00 (valid for 6 weeks)

The classes are empowering and fun, suited to both beginners and experienced students. 

Static poses to stretch and strengthen

 Flowing movement sequences balance and restore body systems.

Asana, pranayama and meditation techniques including Yoga NIdra and Yin Yoga sessions.

As a student, you should expect to increase your overall physical and mental strength,

flexibility and health. The classes include practical instruction to maximise the

beneficial effects of yoga and techniques/tools of yoga to incorporate into a

home practice.   I share information about yoga that will enable you to achieve your

health goals and reduce stress.
