We are all unique and complex, it's natural that a yoga session should be as well. The yoga sessions and classes are holistic and reflect the individual needs of the students. We have the ability to be our own best teacher, we simply need the right experience to connect us with the ability to create an optimal state of our own personal health and well being.
I encourage my clients and students to find their own approach to practice, I encourage them to be empowered and to feel the positive benefits of yoga practice and lifestyle. Giving care and attention to a healthy body, mind and spirit.
In my yoga teaching, I provide an informed yoga class that gives the student a yoga experience that suits their personal goals and needs. I use my personal experience and training to teach a range of yoga practices and lifestyle techniques people can use to improve health and wellness.
I am a practitioner of yoga with over 20 years of experience in teaching and yoga practice, I share the benefits of that lifestyle with my students. The classes are fun and accessible, you don't need to be flexible or have yoga experience.
Yoga therapy and private sessions are where you can come to a session that is designed for you and the goals you have for your own personal health.

The classes include practical instruction to maximise the beneficial effects of yoga and techniques/tools of yoga to incorporate into a home practice. I share information about yoga that will enable you to achieve your health goals and reduce stress.

Wednesday Restorative online
Restorative: Wednesday 7 - 8 pm
Location: online course
$80.00 for 4 weeks - course starts Sept 23rd
New course for spring. Aid sleep and wellbeing. By holding poses and focusing on the breath this class brings a meditative effect to the practice.
Gently held poses let go of the tension of the day.
Restorative practices release physical tension, reduce blood pressure, lower cortisol and enhance sleep.
Guided relaxation to balance and calm the mind.
Let go of stress and tension, sleep well and connect with your true essence and wellbeing.

Private Sessions
Therapeutic yoga and private classes available from the Yoga Barn or your venue. New option to book into a private session via Zoom.
Private class: There are many advantages to having a private class. You may be looking for instructions specific to your current situation; may not able to make regularly scheduled classes; wish to create a class for a family or social group or simply set some time aside that is just for you. A private class is specific, the practices are tailored to suit your needs and presented in a format that is relevant to your goals and your experience of yoga.
Private class $70 per hour, 4 class pack $240.
Therapeutic Sessions: Yoga for direct management of health conditions. In a therapeutic session, we discuss your personal health needs, develop a yoga plan and practise. For clients that have specific conditions including anxiety, depression, chronic conditions and injury, this approach is highly effective in creating solutions and healing.
4 session minimum for yoga therapeutics to get the best results.
LIfestyle Sessions: Similar to a therapeutic session, we use Ayurveda and lifestyle management to help achieve life change and goals. This is great for managing change, weight loss, creating new habits.
4 session package with home practice, resources and mentoring $360.00.
