Therapeutic Sessions: Yoga for management of health conditions. In a therapeutic session, we discuss your personal health needs, develop a yoga plan and practise. Yoga therapy is highly effective in creating solutions and healing for clients that have specific conditions including anxiety, depression, chronic conditions and injury,
LIfestyle Sessions: Similar to a therapeutic session, we use Ayurveda yoga and lifestyle management to help achieve life change and goals. This is great for managing change, weight loss, creating new habits. For an online group introduction to yoga lifestyle join the 3 week wellness program.
4 session package with home practice, resources and mentoring $360.00.
Private class: There are many advantages to having a private class. You may be looking for instructions specific to your current situation; may not able to make regularly scheduled classes; wish to create a class for a family or social group or simply set some time aside that is just for you. A private class is specific, the practices are tailored to suit your needs and presented in a format that is relevant to your goals and your experience of yoga.
Private class $90 per hour, 4 class pack $290.
